A sporty boat of 7 meters with a 55% ballast share. So very quickly and very manageable, also for a small crew. Extremely strong and durable built in wood / epoxy and where necessary extra reinforced with Glass, Carbon or Kevlar and Composite. It sounds almost too good to be true, but that’s the data from the Waarschip 700 LD One Design. With an ORC gph from 680 promises the boat to be exceptionally fast. The boat easily goes into plané and is particularly stable due to the 55% ballast share. We build the 700 LD One Design with exactly the same specifications, so that a unit class can be realized in the future. Good test results The Waarschip 700 has been tested by the magazine “Zeilen”. The most important; the boat does what it promises. With the 700, that is in particular the high speed potential, the solid construction and the perfect finish. But the appearance was also very successful. Also in Germany people are enthusiastic about the 700. Segler Zeitung had enough wind to give the boat a good feel. Their verdict: “Wer also ein kompromisloses Segelboot in the 7-meter class for the küstennahen Einsatz sucht, kommt an der Waarship 700 nicht vorbei.”
