Description

Nautix Standard Diameter Mast (SDM) universal axle aluminium extensions are easy to use and to adjust thanks to the O-ring supplied with the extension. LARGE SHEAVES The SDM aluminium universal shaft extensions are equipped with a system of 2 large sheaves, made of 20mm stainless steel, to facilitate the 6-strand towing. The sheave block is made of fibre reinforced polyamide. The stop ring and spring are made of stainless steel. The adjustment is done every 2cm. This is an exclusive Nautix system. SPECIFIC ALUMINIUM FOR THE MARINE ENVIRONMENT Nautix uses high quality anodised aluminium to manufacture its extensions. This is the 5086 alloy which is known for its rigidity and corrosion resistance. We are the only ones on the market to offer this type of alloy, ideal for a marine environment. AN ALUMINIUM EXTENSION MAST MADE IN FRANCE The Nautix universal aluminium extension is manufactured in France in our workshop. Equipped with a plastic injection moulding machine, Nautix designs and produces the aluminium extensions on its site in Brittany. RECOMMENDATION SDM UNIVERSAL AXLE ALUMINIUM MAST EXTENSION For ease of hauling, use the Dynewhite line which is extremely strong and slides particularly well thanks to its impregnated structure. The extension can be adapted to the Nautix Easy Winch system.
