The flanged base is designed for permanent deck mounting, but it can also be integrated with an optional deck rail solution. The seat features various adjustments to allow for the best ergonomic position when seated. Standard adjustments are the backrest, seat position on glide rails, 360˚ rotation, gas-dampened height adjustment, flip-up armrests, and fold-up footrest. The Norsap 1100 chair has undergone strict MIL tests to meet the high standards set by the US military. Specifically, it has been tested to comply with the MIL-DTL-901E and MIL-STD-167/1A standards.
