Description The 9.3 meter X9 RIB is a rapid deployment multi-role platform suitable for Special Operations Units, boarding operations, ship borne duties or regular patrol opera- tions, in both offshore and riverine environments. Fitted with twin outboard motors, or inboard diesel en- gines with different drive propulsion options, it is capa- ble of speeds of 45 + knots. Trim-able drives allow the boat to operate in shallow areas, and be beached. The console is ergonomically designed to allow the crew to operate the boat with maximum efficiency, and gives a clear view of the entire boat and troops. It also pro- vides storage for equipment and combat communica- tions modules. The hatches over the diesel engine model provide an ideal platform for boarding operations.
