The unit has high reliability and sealed housing, with IP65 rated front panel for waterproof resistance, and are powered by Intel® Celeron® Processor J1900. It has one USB 2.0, one Gigabit Ethernet, additional VGA and DP interface, 4GB DDR3L memory, two mPCIe slots, and runs on Windows OS. Common features include 64GB SSD storage, mPCIe for mSATA, 12VDC input, optional wireless solutions, and OS support for Windows 10 and Linux Kernel 4+. With VESA mounting (100x100), the U21 is not restricted to wall mounting but can be fitted to desk mount or placed on a swivel arm. The high-performance and low-power systems are designed for long-term use and have no problem operating in ambient temperatures up to 50°C. Integrated with iFace Designer, the HMI visualization software enables the U21 with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) functionality. It fulfills all aspects of monitoring and control requirements in factory / process automation, measurement systems, and industrial IoT applications via the database of splendid vector graphics, wide coverage of PLC drivers, diversified smart functions, and industrial communication and cloud communication protocols.
