Moreover, by installing chambers in parallel on a manifold, we can achieve virtually unlimited treatment capacity, ensuring maximum efficiency and performance. Efficient UV System for Enhanced Water Treatment Our UV system utilizes powerful UV lamps that emit short wave radiation into the water. This UV exposure is highly effective in preventing the remaining plankton, bacteria, and viruses from causing harm to the environment. Key Features of Our UV System: High-Power UV Lamps: Our system incorporates high-power UV lamps that efficiently inactivate organisms, bacteria, and pathogens present in ballast water, ensuring superior treatment results. Chamber Configuration: The UV system consists of one or more UV chambers installed in parallel. Each chamber is constructed from a single CuNi Fer 90/10 DN150 pipe, featuring a sturdy 3mm wall thickness. High Treatment Capacity: Each UV chamber can effectively treat up to 167 m³/h of ballast water, thanks to the implementation of a high-power UV lamp. With a maximum UV lamp effect of 35kW, our system offers exceptional performance. Optimized for Minimal Maintenance: Our UV system is designed for minimum maintenance requirements and ease of operation. It eliminates the need for chemical cleaning and does not have any moving parts, ensuring hassle-free usage. UV and Temperature Sensors: To ensure precise monitoring and control, each chamber is equipped with UV and temperature sensors, allowing for real-time data acquisition and adjustments.
