Product name : ORCA® Hardener for Neoprene Glue - ORCA® HARNDENER RFE Description : ORCA® HARNDENER RFE Hardener is specially designed to reinforce the bond strength of assemblies when using ORCA® GLUE neoprene glue. It is ideally suited for bonding water-resistant Neoprene and Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene Neoprene materials, such as those used in the manufacture of inflatable floats and inflatable structures. Use: When using ORCA® GLUE neoprene glue, we recommend adding between 5% and 10% ORCA® HARNDENER RFE, depending on the quantity of ORCA® GLUE used. For mixes of 10 liters or more, it is possible to reduce the amount of hardener to just 5% by volume, which can improve the pot life of the adhesive. Average characteristics : Solvents : Ethyl acetate. Color: Light yellow. Solvent content: Approx. 7.2%. Reactivity: Very high. Packaging: 800-gram aluminum tin. Flammability: Flash point below 21°C - Highly flammable. Storage: 12 months in original sealed packaging, stored in a well-ventilated environment at 18°C. Cleaning: Use a neoprene solvent for cleaning. Treatment: The addition of ORCA® RFE hardener significantly improves the adhesion, cohesion and, above all, the thermal resistance of the final binder.
