The Workstar 13m OSRV aluminium barge for the Caspian Sea, was built on site from an comprehensive kit supplied by Pacific Workboats cc: all parts profiled from 5083 H-111 marine aluminium and T-60 Series extrusions and inclusive of all deck equipment, main engines and drives and all engine controls, steering and accessories; powerpack; hydraulics for deploying the Slickbar DIP oil recovery system and powering the fire pump; toughened glass windows and window wipers for the pilot house, internal outfitting for the pilothouse and all navigation, electrical, electronic and safety equipment and fittings. Power supplied by twin Cummins QSB 5.9 230hp/172kW Cummins with Bravo II sterndrives, powerpack Beta Marine Kubota 90hp/67kW. The Workstar 13m OSRV is capable of recovering 18,000L of mixed oil and water.
