We manufacture RISERS and exhaust manifolds made in staninless steel AISI 316 tailor made for every applications. All the dimensions of the RISERS and manifolds are calculated based on the power of the engine and on the layout of the engine room in order to guarantee the best efficiency of the engine and of the cooling system. All the gradients and thewater injection points are calculated in order to allow thw perfect flow of the raw water inside the exhaust line. The RISERS are made directly using an on board 3d scanning or starting from mathematics directly supplied by the customer.
