Bio-sourced Infusion Epoxy System 33% biobased on the mix Excellent wettability Room temperature curing TG > 90°C DETAILS RESOLTECH 1800 ECO / 1804 ECO is an epoxy bio-based infusion system that enables to produce structural composite parts with all kind of reinforcements : flax, glass, carbon… Thanks to its low viscosity and its exceptional wetting ability, this system enables infusion or injection applications. Once cured at room temperature, manufactured parts can be released from the mould without postcuring. In order to reduce the time before releasing the part from the mould, a moderate postcuring cycle (8h at 40°C) could be performed to improve faster mechanical properties. Optimal thermo-mechanical properties will be obtained after a suited post-curing cycle defined later in this datasheet.
