The Saare 41cc was the first model from Saare Yachts. In 2007/2008 this yacht was developed by the Finn Karl Johan Strahlmann and the first two boats were built. In September 2008, the YACHT test crew was in Tallinn and tested hull number 1 there. This first report was very positive and the press was enthusiastic. Construction number 2 was then delivered directly to Hanseboot in Hamburg. There, the expert trade fair audience quickly became aware of this new, elegant center cockpit yacht. The buyer of building number 2 is still in the yse harbor in Eckernförde with his Saare 41cc and is still enthusiastic about his yacht.
The Saare 41cc was then nominated by trade magazines in Europe to be chosen as the Yacht of Europe and presented to editors from all over Europe in Barcelona. This great success of a debut product from a completely unknown shipyard came as a surprise and further motivated the shipyard team.
Almost all center cockpit yachts of this size have storage space for sails, fenders, lines, bicycles, etc. hardly planned. We had repeatedly noticed the fenders tied to the stern pulpit on other yachts. With the Saare 41cc and especially with the further development of this yacht with a new wet cell and larger berth in the foredeck, we also made the large, waterproof sail storage space in the foredeck possible. Additional sails, bicycles and even an inflatable boat fit in there. In addition, this yacht has a walk-in locker and two storage spaces in the stern with deck hatches
In addition to the cozy salon, the rear cabin is of course the central living space for the owners of a center cockpit yacht. With full headroom you can access the aft cabin through the galley.
