The LOXX® lower part for sewing was born while brainstorming about new possible developments: not a screw, not a rivet and neither something to tighten, but simply to sew on. Skilled with needle and thread, in just some minutes fastened to the fabric. Brilliant! It soon occurred to us that with this lower part we could fill a gap in the marine industry. There are places on a boat where you have to cover the bottom side of the base part for fabric, so that it won’t make an annoying clattering sound against the hull, the mast, the railing, etc. Our new base part for sewing is your alternative! No base part = no clattering! Please note: The connection is only as strong as your sewing. With a multi-stitch and a seaworthy thread - like used on sails - the base part will stay fixed for a respectively long time. Test the new lower part for sewing!
