SEAMOR Marine’s thrusters are renowned for their superior performance and rugged design. Each unit is powered by high-quality Swiss-made Maxon DC motors and gearboxes, ensuring reliability in demanding environments. Our custom-designed 4-inch propellers and nozzles generate impressive thrust, delivering over 6kg (13 lbs) of force in the forward direction and 2.8kg (6.2 lbs) in reverse, with a 58VDC input. Built for durability, each thruster is constructed from anodized aluminum and pressure-tested to withstand harsh conditions. Maintenance is made simple with replaceable shaft seal cartridges, and a built-in grounding stud allows for easy connection to a sacrificial anode, extending the life of the unit. We also offer left- and right-handed propellers to meet specific user requirements. The integrated motor driver circuitry streamlines operation, enabling use in a wide range of applications. Thrusters are controlled via RS-485 serial communication, with the capability to daisy-chain multiple units together for greater versatility. Additionally, real-time diagnostic information such as voltage, current, and internal temperature can be monitored over the same communication channel.
