Seasmart manufactures flush deck hatches with concealed hinges, modern and elegant design, with an innovative technology in the sailing industry.With the experience gained over decades in the realization and processing of models and molds for the motor and aviation industry, we have created and implemented an innovative, simple and easy to install product, light and robust at the same time. The hatches are made by molding a special thermosetting polymer reinforced by using RRIM technology (Reinforced Reaction Injection molding). The polymer is loaded with additives that give it structural and flame retardant properties. It is also totally corrosion free. Seasmart hatches are suitable for both sailing and motor boats and can be easily installed on both gealcoat or teak decks. Available with Plexiglas window, painted lid, lid for teak deck. They are CE approved for area IIa, III, IV.
