High-density polyethylene (HD-PE) Sliding Fenders are made by extrusion from recycled Polyethylene with glass fiber reinforcement for high strength and impact resistance. Available in cross sections from 50 mm to 440 mm (height) and from 50 mm up to max. 300 mm (width) in different combinations. Lengths range from 2000 mm to 6500 mm. The standard color is black. Other colors available upon request Compared to other materials such as e.g. timber the advantage of HD-PE is its low friction and better wear properties; furthermore it is a more sustainable solution.
