A new Focus 800 is a modern sailing yacht, equipped to compete in the regattas or to experience the comfortable life of a family cruise in total safety. While building the boat, a modern materials and technologies have been adopted, used mainly on larger boats so far. This high performance yacht is made from the highest quality composite materials with vacuum infused vinylester resin and foam core hull and deck. Its heavy daggerboard ensures stability for controlled sailing even in high winds. Deck equipment have been chosen very carefully. The sailingboat has a 35 m² membrane sails reinforced with aramid fibers. These laminate sails are meant for high performance cruising. Sails are designed and made with the latest ¨Load Path Technology¨, a recent knowledge learned from highest level regattas. Resulting in durable sails with highest performance. This boat is designed and made for racing and winning regattas. The yacht is available in two versions: with the daggerboard (category C) or the fixed keel (category B) We have not resigned from the comfortable interior. You have got everything you need nescessary for 1–2 week trip. The atmosphere is warm and filled with light because of the wood used, the light ceiling and the high quality of the finish. The Focus 800 allows comfortable accommodation for 6 people with a caboose and a separate toilet cabin.
