Through the integration of technological innovation, using and taking advantage of the exceptional resources that Nature gives us, the Sun Concept engineering team developed the PRO 9.0 OYSTER, a vessel designed for the work on oyster nurseries. This "SON OF THE SUN" is an electric-powered vessel that has its source of energy in the Sun. Due to its layout, designed according to the requirements and specifications of professionals, it is a product suitable for work. Well built, differentiating, environmentally friendly and economically viable, it has a very balanced and competitive cost benefit. In the development process, with its 8.85 by 3.05 meters, the layout of the Oyster enhances its adaptation to other areas of intervention, such as being a vessel for the transport of goods, so often necessary between shores, or, when equipped with benches, for the transport of passengers. In its base version, the propulsion is guaranteed by a 12 kW motor, however it has the capacity to operate with 2 motors when the work demands it, powered by batteries with 27.8 kWh, charged by 6 solar panels of 360 W with a total of 2.16 kW. As a corollary of all research, development and production work, the Oyster Pro has a competitive price, no fossil fuel costs, low maintenance cost, no noise and clean and environmentally friendly use.
