Sunreef Yachts Eco reveals the first images of the Sunreef Zero Cat superyacht. Measuring over 90ft, this sailing catamaran concept, currently under development by the shipyard’s R&D department, will be able to produce clean hydrogen on board to provide the most sustainable yachting experience. Additionally, the Sunreef Zero Cat will benefit from a green power boost with the solar cells integrated into the yacht’s bodywork. The Sunreef Zero Cat will be equipped with a reformer, transforming methanol into clean hydrogen: thus generating net zero emissions, no nitrogen oxides, and no sulfur oxides. Other known advantages of the Zero Cat include low noise and vibration levels, as well as low maintenance.
