Being computer-controlled, Thermobonding™ eliminates the inconsistencies inherent in the old-fashioned gluing methods still used by other manufacturers. The fabric's chemical nature and the Thermobonding process make SurvitecZodiac throw-over liferafts especially inert to aging factors in the marine environment and procure to SurvitecZodiac throw-over liferafts extreme strength and safety when loaded, an essential factor for this type of liferaft. Due to the fabric weight and structure, SurvitecZodiac throw-over liferafts are easy to service and fit in light, small sized but remarkably strong, glass reinforced plastic (GRP) containers. All SurvitecZodiac throw-over liferafts can be dropped from up to 36 meters. (May vary depending on the size of the liferaft).
