Shade on board with our awning system Many boats have no sun protection and you are at the mercy of the sun, even in the harbor or anchoring at the sea. We all would seek for some shade! Even if the boats are equipped with a bimini, the same applies to the rear bench seat, or sun lounger at the bow. As the sun’s rays become more and more aggressive, sun protection is absolutely important. With our flexible system we have the solution for all common sport boats and sailboats. The telescopic tube offers 6 different adjustment options and can be extended up to 190 cm. We offer the sun sail system for boats with or without railing and also the sun sail in white or blue. With railing: 2 telescopic stainless steel tubes (length 110 cm – 190 cm / Ø 25 mm) with webbing, cabiner and 2 railing fasteners with quick release. Without railing: 2 telescopic stainless steel tubes (length 110 cm – 190 cm / Ø 25 mm) with webbing, carabiner and sleeves (vertical or inclined) for installation on deck. Not included in delivery Sun awning according to the customer’s dimensions. This can either be made by any saddler or sewing shop on site, or supplied by us accordingly with the customer’s measurements. Application: The brackets are screwed to a suitable railing support with the quick-release fasteners, then the pole is inserted and everything is ready to hang the awning. This is done very easily with the attached webbings and carabiners. (The sun sail can be custom made either by us or by your saddler). The brackets, as well as the installation sleeves, come standard with plastic bushings to prevent the poles from making annoying noises .
