Our advanced production methods enable us to “bend” glass geometry to even the most unusual and demanding specifications while maintaining superior optical clarity, setting us apart from the competition. The vertical tempering method and use of vertical glass molds — constructed in-house — allows for the fabrication of radically bent, non-cylindrical shapes with an impressive depth-of-bend and extremely tight radiuses. We offer bent glass in sizes up to 9’ x 10’ (2794 mm x 3048 mm) with a depth of bend of 2 ’ (610 mm). Flat glass is available in sizes up to 5’ x 10’ (1520 mm x 3048 mm) for glass that is thicker than .2” (4 mm). All hole and edge work is customized to meet individual requirements.
