Description

The Teledyne DGO 107 Series connectors are rugged, metal shell connectors manufactured and tested to the stringent requirements of Mil-C-24217, and used primarily in Navy dry mate submersible applications where reliability in differential pressure applications is critical. The 107 Series product line is available in straight plugs, right angle plugs, with mating weld receptacles, flange weld receptacles, end flange bolted receptacles, mid flange bolted receptacles, locknut flange bolted receptacles, bulkhead receptacles and in-line receptacles. All 107 Series connectors are supplied with protective caps. The 107 Series plug shells are machined in 316 stainless steel with diallyl-phthalate or delrin insulators, and supplied terminated and bonded using an over-mold process onto a water-tight cable assembly. The 107 Series receptacles are machined in 316L stainless steel with glass to metal sealed contacts. The 107 Series receptacles are designed to be intermatable with 117 series glass-sealed plugs as well for a full hermetic mated interconnect set. Key Features: A rugged, metal shell connector series for submerged applications where reliability is crucial. Available in multiple shell insert arrangements from a single coaxial contact to 48 size #16 AWG conductors; including several high-current contact sizes The product line, in its standard configuration, is rated for use at 10,000 psi open face and 6,500 psi mated. Benefits: The glass to metal seal creates a hermetic pressure barrier for maximum equipment protection under differential pressures
