TEMA SPM132 electric saildrive system is the most strongest and reliable electric propulsion system for boats on the market. This saildrive vas specially designed for TEMA permanent magnet electric motors and the result is a powerful, reliable, quiet, vibration free, simple and maintenance free electric propulsion system. The TEMA propulsion system includes all the components required for electric propulsion: e-motor, motor controller, saildrive, marine throttle, display and plug and play wiring. This system power ranges from 10kW to 50kW. Also the system can operate on DC and AC voltages. This means that the system is very versatile and can be powered from battery systems (48 96Vdc) or from a gensets on the boat. The motor is air-cooled, so there is no need for pumps, heat exchangers, filters and cooling liquids which require a yearly maintenance. The entire system is simple plug and play which simplifies the installation. The manoeuvring is done with a drive by wire system, you just put the marine throttle in the direction and speed you want to move the boat.
