Bubble Board is manufactured by thermoforming a bubble layer between co-extruded solid polypropylene sheets to create boards in a wide range of weights, grades and custom sizes. Bubble Board demonstrates significant multi-directional rigidity, strength, load bearing capability and impact resistance. It provides an extremely versatile form of protection offering medium through to extra heavy duty compression and impact resistance. Bubble Board remains light, clean, easy to cut, shape and work with to provide bespoke protection, giving a superior, cleaner and more cost-effective alternative to traditional marine plywood and further offers chemical, solvent, oil, rot and moisture-resistance.
