SPHAERA is a very innovative 316 L Stainless Steel fender profile. Its insert is in Duralene (a very resistant PVC), therefore it is lighter than a solid steel, but certainly more resistant than a half-moon. The 316 L Stainless Steel bars are available in the sizes of 25, 35, 50 and 65 mm. They have a length of 3 Mt and are already pre-drilled every 20 cm. The PVC base is available in 2 versions: a larger one (Standard) and a thinner one (Slim). Both are available with or without the lip that normally covers the gap between deck and hull. Using our joint caps you will get a better aesthetic result, with a screw every 20 cm on the whole hull, also avoiding the misalignment of the bars caused by vibrations during navigation.
