Propeller shaft mechanical seal

TOR shaft seal with grease tank is a new product designed to replace the traditional shaft seal with stuffing box. Grease lubrication and inner seal sleeves reduce shaft’s wearing and tearing, allow safe operation even in cold water conditions and minimize limestone in piping connection. New TOR shaft seal provides long lasting insulation, with reduced maintenance requirement. The rubber sleeve is provided with stainless steel clamps. New TOR shaft seal is available on version with direct installation to the stern tube.
