The T5 has a slim-line profile housing a hi-resolution 5-inch projected capacitive touch color screen delivering modern tablet like aesthetics. It is designed as an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) product, and is not available direct to end users (please see our Retail product category). The WVGA (800×480) PCAP LCD color display can be viewed in full sunlight and the ruggedized unit is sealed to meet IP 67 standards. With dual CAN, Ethernet and Video supported the display is suited to a wide range of applications, including NMEA2000 and J1939 installations. External buttons can be added via a compatible CAN keypad. High performance custom software applications can be rapidly created using the Veethree software development kit (SDK). Alternatively our internal Software Engineering team can build custom applications for you, from an integrated control and monitoring system using data logging and alarm functionality to specific application based HMI relaying to Multi Function Displays. In today’s connected world the display can form part of a Telematics solution, utilizing its data logging capability software can be custom built as required to push raw logs to a Cloud server which can then be simply downloaded or refined to a full HTML graphical interface. Most connectivity options can be utilized connecting via the displays Ethernet port to WiFi or 2G/3G modules.
