A wakepark consists of thousands of parts. Here we want to introduce you to the most important components that make up a wakeboarding park and explain their function within the system.
The engine of the cable system is its diverter unit – or drive. It is responsible for running the two ropes in perfect synchronization. Our innovative drive unit consists of two motors that are electronically coupled with two frequency converters. This innovative cable park technology removes the need to install sensitive differentials, reduces maintenance cycles of the main ropes and the use of oil.
The patented two motor drive produces very little noise and operates very energy-efficient. An automatic shutdown system detects issues with the rope and prevents possible accidents.
Our operator station is optimized for ease of use. It was designed by experienced operators to make the station more efficient and is equipped with AI-assisted monitoring of magazines and the rope.
It is our believe a happy and well-equipped operator is crucial to running a cable park. If they are happy, the clients will be as well. Therefore our operator station delivers a comfortable and flexible experience while offering highest standards in safety, operational management and service.
The structural integrety of the boom is supported through the use of flange plates instead of the usual round single flanges. As with our pylons, the boom is optimized for a wide range of weather conditions and was made to endure strong winds and natural vibrations from the system flawlessly for many years.
