All operating elements such as the pressure adjustment of material pumps, flush pump and atomizer air, together with the USB port and the high pressure filters, are located at the front of the device and can be centrally accessed as a result of the new design. All material conducting parts of FLEXIMIX 2 are non-corroding, which means water-based paints can be easily processed. Specially for the WIWA FLEXIMIX series, a new mixing unit with new high pressure filters was developed. The result shows: no crystallization when using isocyanate and easy adaptation of metering according to mixing ratio and viscosities.
