WoodSpars™ manufactures bespoke, light and strong glued laminated booms. Woodspars has been a specialist for 10 years in the design and production of custom-made glued laminated spars. We work in an artisanal way in our workshop in Locmariaquer in Morbihan. Our equipment and tools allow us to machine glued laminated booms with lengths that can reach up to 30m and 80cm diameter. The wood is chosen to be the most suitable for the rig and its use, we mainly use Oregon pine. The booms are round or profiled and we add holes and grooves on request. Our spars are sanded and varnished to obtain an impeccable aesthetic appearance and guarantee lasting protection against bad weather and UV rays.
