This tender combines the best features into a one dry and diverse craft. She is loaded with amenities typical for a day tender, while at the same time providing comfort features that allow her to seamlessly transition into a guest shuttle.
Firstly, the tender is stable, light and dry. Built from carbon fiber, she performs as a racer, yet keeping the stability of a cruiser. Rigid bulwarks provide extra safety and protection from the elements.
Secondly, she easily accommodates 12 people in comfort and safety. Among the features are multiple galley attributes, dayhead, convenient storage and powerful propulsion package. Lay-out and hoisting set-up can be customised to fit your needs and requirements. A beach lander at the bow is among the options.
The main requirement for this tender was to design and build a spacious tender that would fit into the 1.1m storage height of S/Y Ganesha’s tender bay. To create a low-profile tender a folding console and removable T-bar were implemented into the design. Furthermore, the backrest of the helmsman can be folded down for storage and the installed Steyr jet drive keeps things low-profile on the underside of the carbon hull.
Front seating and helmsman seating are shock mitigating to maximize the comfort of the guests and crew. These seats, just like the rest of the interior trim, are upholstered in the same colour as Ganesha’s interior accessories and striking gennaker. A set of custom carbon removable steps facilitates boarding.
