Description

This probably is the oldest rescue gear. A 200m line wound up on a rotating reel. The lifesaver puts on the shoulder strap and swims out to the injured person, towing the line. The reel man holds the reel at its handles. As soon as the swimming lifesaver has secured the injured, the reel man tows them back to the beach.
