Mepus-AUV3000L is a three-dimensional deep-water AUV, which is equipped with core components such as high energy density ratio battery, integrated control system, communication, navigation and positioning equipment, seismic sensor equipment and unloading unit to form a set of unmanned intelligent system with long baseline base station. It can save seismic wave data acquisition homework based on route independent decisionmaking route from the total control software platform to 3,000 meters.
It can solve the problem of traditional OBFN deep water placement and recovery is inefficient and cannot be slightly determined, and to provide new equipment for ultradeep water oil and gas survey and seabed scientific research.
Research background
The traditional offshore oil and gas seismic exploration method is to sink the towing line composed of pressure sensors to a certain depth under the sea surface and record the seismic reflection from the seabed. When the sensor is directly coupled with the seabed, it can not only obtain pressure records, but also obtain particle vibration velocity records in one vertical and two horizontal directions, which provides more abundant information for seismic wave imaging. Since the 1980s, international oil, gas and geophysical service companies have successively developed seismic exploration technologies such as four component submarine cable (OBC) OBN is a new submarine seismic exploration technology developed in recent 10 years. The OBN can be deployed by cable link in the exploration of water depth less than 1500m, while the OBN needs to be deployed by underwater robot (ROV) in the exploration of ultra deep water area greater than 1500m.
