Production Process: Full-automatic winding integral molding vulcanization and machining groove process of mechanical car It is the first in China and the world's leading fully automatic winding integral molding vulcanization and machining groove processing technology with independent intellectual property rights, which is suitable for cylindrical (CY) rubber fenders. This process uses a cold-feed extruder to automatically extrude the compounded rubber out of the film of the required size through the extrusion winding device, and the film is reciprocally wound on the forming roller core. After reaching the product process size, the water cloth is automatically bound and pressurized. Finally, it enters the vulcanizing tank and heats and vulcanizes to form. After vulcanization, the groove right is installed and processed by turning. After the process is implemented, a cylindrical rubber fender can be formed by continuously extruding the film and winding it back and forth. Because the winding pitch is uniform, a network structure is formed between the upper and lower layers. During the winding process, a high-pressure cylinder compaction roller is used for layer-by-layer compaction bonding and air removal, so that the cylindrical rubber fender is not wound after the winding is completed. The overall structure is formed before vulcanization, and then subjected to pressure and high temperature vulcanization molding, which greatly improves the physical properties of the product.
