Back in 1975, ARGAL was born from the need for pumping solutions able to transfer corrosive and toxic liquids. This response to the industries' requirements started with the production of magnetic-driven centrifugal pumps.

Over the last decade, our R&D department has focused energy on research and development of pumps entirely made of composites to resolve the issue of corrosion. The results came with the SATURN series, horizontal centrifugal pumps made of FRP (fiberglass reinforced polymers). Since then, ARGAL has improved the series, with the new generation SATURNevo and extended the technology to sump pumps, with SATURNsump series.

Now, ARGAL is one of the world-leading manufacturers of centrifugal pumps entirely made of FRP. SATURNevo series is globally renowned and requested for its pumping advantages compared to competitors. We have supplied more than 30 big projects worldwide, powering entire rooms and complexes for seawater and corrosive transfer operations in aquariums, zoos, theme park structures, fish-farming plants, desalination, electrochlorination, and so on.
