Bonomi srl
Who we are
Bonomi is an Italian company, our goal is to develop only new and innovative products that will benefit navigation in a simple and effective way.
Our team include a network of long-experienced suppliers and experts who will be at your disposal so as to create a relationship of trust and reliability with our products and future projects.
In the past 35 years we have worked with passion to create a concrete, careful and accurate development that permit us to have made JOY a unique self-tailing cleat.
For a safe and smooth mooring, you would have this innovative and motorized rotating self-tail cleat. A foot touch and it’s done!
JOY is designed and realized in Stainless Steel AISI 316 L with particular attention in over dimensional protocol and attention to the sea side condition. Our models work with a foot switch to make it work off either 12 or 24 volts.
In addition, as an optional we have made a double switch foot command that is a great optional to match with these cleats.
The double switch is completely waterproof that with his magnetic sensor makes everything static inside. Moreover, the double switch has a control box that is the “brain” of the command that protect the motor.
The control box is an active safety control directly developed for JOY.
Our cleats can be used for vessel from 30 to 150 feet. It is well utilized and installed in bow as in stern singularly or in couple.
Joy The Self- Tailing Cleat, in the category Deck equipment, sails and rigging, has been nominated winners by the jury for the Dame- Design Award 2021.
