CLIMAREM Sp. z o.o. has been a premier supplier of marine refrigeration and custom welding & fabrication components since 1952 (previously PBUCH S.A.). From design, product and system engineering to assembly and repairs, we deliver for a variety of large scale industries. We are a Polish manufacturing company, specializing in providing cooling equipment and systems, in building pressure vessels and custom structural steel products and also assembling HVAC systems for a wide range of ships and boats.

CLIMAREM designs, manufactures and delivers

1. Refrigeration, cooling and chiller units for provision cooling plants, air-conditioning systems on boats and vessels. Recently we have introduced new cooling units working on R744 – natural refrigerant, which is not harmful for the ozone layer.

2. Pressure Vessels to hold liquids, vapors, or gases at high pressures, usually exceed normal atmospheric pressure. Our pressure vessels are used on ships and off-shore platforms, in the petroleum refining, gas processing, chemical processing industries include, but are not limited to, storage tanks, boilers, and heat exchangers. Our offer includes: Holders, Drums , Columns, Reactors, Accumulators, Separators, Receivers, Storage tanks depending on the purpose.

3. Shell-and-tube heat exchangers are used in many processes of the heat exchange and heat recovery on ships in the power generation, chemical process, petrochemical and pulp-and-paper industries. Shell and tube heat exchangers constitutes the flow of the process. We provide heat exchangers in many types and styles. It is used for cooling water, air, raw materials, semi-finished products, providing heating, cooling, condensing and other functions by causing heat transfer between product fluids.

4. Decompression chambers for the Navy vessels.

For decades we have been assisting clients with specifying optimal design conditions, identifying damage mechanisms, selecting proper materials, designing vessels and components to Class Codes, developing engineering drawings, manufacturing of new vessels, and conducting design reviews. We work with you throughout all stages of vessel development, from the creation of the User Design Specification (UDS) through the final Manufacturer’s Design Report (MDR) that documents the engineering analysis.

Our engineers understand unique pressure vessel requirements and schedules. We can either work with your engineers to develop the right product for you, or we can supply a turn-key cooling system to meet your needs.
