Arcas Industrie S.r.L. has been founded in 2007, born from the great passion for engines and for performance. During the years the company grew and established with the brands QD Exhaust and V Performance as a top level manufacturer in the world for racing engine exhausts for motorbikes and cars.

The great passion for motorboating is, since long time, an important part of the life of the CEO and founder of the company Manuel De Liso, that intended to bring all his experinece acheived during the years spent in the racing fields also in the marine powerboats world.

Three years ago borns QD MARINE.
The 2.500 sqm productionplant is composed by a LASERCUT dept, a CNC dept with 4 milling machines and 2 lathes, 2 CNC pipe bending machines and 6 TIG welding stations with very high skilled personnel trained to do . reparto taglio laser, un reparto lavorazione meccanica con 4 centri di lavoro e 2 torni, due curvatubi CNC, tronactrici presse piegatrci e 6 postazioni di saldatura TIG con personale altamente specializzato e formato per eseguire saldature testa-testa con flussaggo di gas inertevery high prcision weldings with inertial gas flow inside the pipes.

Also a Carbon fiber department is inside the company to fully complete the production process using the RFI technology.

The R&D is equipped with a 3d scanner and a 3d printer and also 3d ACD and CAM software for the surface modelling and mechanical design.

A complete quality control process guarantte a perfect production and the best quality level of all the products.
