RM Nautical is a continuous growing international company with more than 25 years of experience in the nautical sector. We provide a large range of products which are designed and produced mainly for the (Super) Yacht industry.

Our super modern factory, situated in the center of the Netherlands, is equipped with a wide range of high-tech CNC machinery and a team of more than 35 experienced colleagues, which makes it possible to take up large Turn-Key projects completely in house. In the field of stainless steel, aluminum, composite and of course steel, anything is possible!

Our own engineering department designs and develops all projects completely in 3D. Our goal is to stay true with the designer’s vision and maintaining all design details, however complicated or challenging. The engineers create a 3D-model to join all details of the project. This 3D-model is also used to do FEM analyses in ANSYS also to convince the classification societies. When the structure of the yacht is ready, we make a 3D-scan of interfaces involved. The 3D-scan will be combined with the 3D-model to check for possible imperfections. By checking this in an early stage, we avoid trouble during the installation, by proposing alternative solutions to the shipyard involved.
