Scot Seat Group, established in 2000 are UK based designers and manufacturers of specialist seating for the transportation market. The Group incorporates Scot Seat Direct Ltd and Scot Seat KPM Marine. Scot Seat Direct Ltd is the market leader in seating manufacture and refurbishment for commercial vehicles, buses, trains, fire, rescue and military use. While Scot Seat KPM Marine manufacture specialist shock mitigation seats for use by Search & Rescue services, Military / Navy, Special Forces, Police Forces as well as commercial and leisure boats including race boats.

Scot Seat Group is a family owned and operated business based in Ayrshire, Scotland currently employing 51 people with in-house skills ranging from metal fabrication, joinery, upholstery, spray painting/coating and composite RTM closed manufacture to facilitate both small and large orders to customers’ specific requirements. The company manufacture 12,000+ seats per year.

Scot Seat Direct Ltd clients include, Wabtec, Broadie rail, Northgate Holdings, Enterprise, Arnold Clark, Evans Halshaw, Police Scotland, UK Ambulance Service, Stagecoach, Parks of Hamilton, Emergency One and John Denis Fire Engines.

Scot Seat KPM-Marine clients include, Netherlands Royal Marines, African Navy, Portuguese Navy, Swedish Sea Rescue, Swedish Police, UK Marine Police, Swedish Coastguard, Royal Saudi Navy, Norwegian Coastguard, Singapore Immigration Authority, London Port Authority, CWIND, Hong Kong M.P., Finnish Border Guard and Croatian Police
