Tuccoli crafts boast uncommon qualities. They are the result of a careful mix of experience, accumulated by building hundreds of hulls, and advanced technology, making use of the most modern fluid-dynamic computation systems – CFD – capable of predicting the seakeeping quality and speed with negligible approximation. The result is waterlines optimized to cope with our seas, which have closer and steeper waves than oceanic ones. The form stability, generated by the length/width ratio, is enhanced by the enlarged loofs that further reduce rolling motions, which makes all the difference for both the fisherman and his family when the boats are used for recreational purposes. The quality of the hydrodynamic design is enhanced by the speed that Tuccoli boats are able to guarantee in all weather conditions, thanks to geometries where the V-hull remains well pronounced from the bow to the stern sections. Fundamental to fully exploiting the thrust of the engines is also the careful distribution of weights on board, such as to guarantee a centred trim that reduces the use of flaps or intruders by the helmsman, enhancing the ease of use of the boat.
